About Me
Alfoster Garrett is a strategic and results-driven operations executive with extensive experience leading large-scale logistics, facilities, fleet, procurement, and compliance operations across both public and private sector organizations. He has a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams of more than 200 employees while overseeing complex operating and capital budgets, driving operational excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing policies that strengthen efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in performance management, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and operational optimization within highly regulated environments.
Mr. Garrett has held senior leadership roles with organizations including Gate Group, Worldwide Flight Services supporting Amazon Air operations, and United Parcel Service, where he directed large operational teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and led cross-functional initiatives involving HR, finance, safety, and compliance. Earlier in his career, he served as a compliance manager and procurement leader in the technology sector and practiced law as both a partner-level attorney and the owner of his own law firm. He holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University, bringing a unique combination of legal, operational, and executive leadership expertise to complex organizational environments.
